How Does Aliexpress Shipping Work
- Shipping Methods
Aliexpress generally offers free shipping worldwide. But because of the fact that here every seller chooses its individually shipping method, it depends on the seller whether or not he is going to provide free shipping.
There are various shipping options available. Some of them are included in the Aliexpress Standard Shipping category and some in Expedited Shipping category. However, you can select between: Registered Air Mail, China Post, Hong Kong Post Air Mail, Russian Post, Swiss Post, Singapore Post, Sweden Post, Special Line – YW, S.F. Express, DHL Global Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT, TOLL, and ePacket.
Because shipping methods are chosen by the seller, we recommend you to contact the seller directly for additional shipping information.
- Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated according to the size, weight, and volume of the package and the country you are from. You can calculate your shipping cost by entering the number of products ordered and your country or region. For example, if you enter USA, shipping via China Post Air Mail is free, via Hong Kong Post Air Mail the shipping fee is $1.58, via Singapore Post is $5.26, via Swiss Post is $5.26, via DHL is $27.15 and etc. Keep in mind that the shipping fees include taxes, fuel surcharges and etc. If you think that the shipping cost is too high for the product you want to purchase, we advise you to contact the seller directly.
- Shipping Time
The Aliexpress shipping time depends on the shipping method you are going to select and the country or region you are from. Normally the expedited shipping is faster when compared to the standard shipping. For example is you select DHL or UPS the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days, with EMS is between 5 and 10 business days, with Swiss and Singapore Post is between 15 and 60 business days and with China Post Air Mail or Hong Kong Post Air Mail is between 15 and 26 business days. Sometimes it may take longer during holidays or other non-working days.
- Aliexpress Shipping Tracking
After the seller ships your package, the tracking number will appear. Getting a tracking number is mostly free. Again it depends on the country you are from and the shipping method you are going to select.
When you will get a tracking number, you can track your package and shipping company’s website or on Aliexpress. Here is how you can track it:
- Go to “My Orders”
- Click on “View Detail”
- The tracking information is under “Logistics Information”
