04/06/2017 | I never received any notification about the dispatched of the product that I ordered. I had to sit here and wonder about it. When I communicated about the situation on Facebook, I never received any feedback regarding. Now, I'm still stuck here with exactly the same problem. The tracking services are down. I'm not sure whether or not this is a new temporary problem, or has it been existing. It's unclear. I don't even know if my situation can be improved for better use of this online purchases.

04/06/2017 | Purchased VRBox headset from Tomtop. It was DOA. Slide button on one side sticks and makes the product unusable. Got the run around by Tomtop asking for details, then pictures, then videos, wanting me to find a local repair shop, and finally telling me to return the product at my expense! Worst company and customer service dept. I have ever dealt with. A different rep's name appears on every email and they even contradict each others statements. Cheap products and apparently are either 2nds or inferior. I would delete my account if I could and I certainly will try to unsubscribe from any promotions from Tomtop. Beware before you purchase anything from this company. I thought It was a good deal and was sorely disappointed with the entire transaction.

04/06/2017 | I ordered an Elfie Drone and it has been more than the prescribed period of 7 to 20 days. They gave me a tracking number for my order but their sites for tracking wont open. I can only hope that I haven't been scammed.
