The A20 comes equipped with 2GB of LPDDR3 667MHz RAM in combination with 16GB of internal ROM storage. Memory on the device can be expanded up to 32GB by way of a microSD, microSDXC, or microSDHC card. The A20 Pro comes with the following sensors: proximity, accelerometer, & ambient light.

The A20 is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 SoC and backed by a quad-core 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A53 64-bit CPU unit. The A20 Pro comes with a PowerVR GE8100 570MHz GPU unit that uses 28nm process technology. The A20 Pro features a triple camera setup that uses one front-facing lens & dual rear-facing lenses.

The front-facing camera on the A20 Pro uses a 2MP lens with an f/2.8 aperture & LED flash capability. The primary camera on the A20 Pro uses a 5MP + 0.3MP lens that can take photos in a max resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. The primary camera on the A20 Pro comes with the following features: digital zoom, ISO settings, manual focus, self-timer, white balance settings, HDR, geotagging, & more.

The A20 Pro has a 5.5inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that uses 16M color and has a PPI rating of 195. The screen is scratch resistant and comes with multi-touch support in addition to having a 18:9 aspect ratio.

For connectivity on the A20 Pro you get the following options: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, A-GPS, & GPS.
