Description: Here’s another budget camera that can be an alternative to GoPro. Elephone ELE Explorer has a similar build and even a waterproof case mount to the GoPro’s. Unfortunately, this action cam is able to record 4K only @15FPS or what tech enthusiasts reffer to as fake 4K. However, you can still use the 2,7K to record videos or shoot still images and the result is still good. It should be noted that the low-light mode of this cam is very awful. It’s too dark and lacks details. The good side is its price tag. The Elephone ELE Explorer is priced below $100.
