Hawkeye Firefly Q6 by MoltexTV Youtube review

Description: The size of Hawkeye Firefly Q6 is slightly smaller, compared to other action cam brands. It has a tube-sized design and looks more like a mini movie cam rather than an action cam. The box only includes charger and USB cable and no mount accessories or even waterproof case. Although it is said that this cam can record footage in 4K, it’s only able to record it @24FPS and that’s pretty much useless. For a rustic-look cam, this device even has Gyro Image Stabilization (GIS) to prevent the camera footage shaky or wobble

  • Able to record footage in 4K @24FPS, 2.5K @30FPS, 1440p @30FPS, 1080p @60/@30FPS, 720p @120FPS
  • Has Gyro Image Stabilization (GIS)
  • Supports TV mode
  • Color reproduction is quite vibrant and balanced

  • Package doesn’t include any mount accessories or waterproof case
  • 4K format is pretty much useless
  • Doesn’t support touch screen display
  • Only has one screen (front)
  • Video quality isn’t sharp and a bit stuttering
  • Low-light mode can’t deal with direct light (creating overexposure effect)
