Description: The DOOGEE X60L is a low-end budget smarthpone that's on the market for the low price of 99 US Dollars. It has a nice and slick desing, but the specifications are very low. It only has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage with a quad-core processor. The rear camera, which is 13 mpx takes vivid pictures and can shoot slow motion videos at 30 FPS. We recommend this device as a second device or to people who don't really care about the hardware and care about the looks.
