The R1 comes with 2GB of 667MHz LPDDR3 RAM in combination with 16GB of internal ROM storage. Memory on the device can be expanded up to 64GB by way of a microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC card. The R1 comes with the following sensors: proximity, ambient light, accelerometer, & fingerprint.
The R1 HD is powered by a MediaTek MT6750 SoC that is backed by an octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU unit. The CPU inside of the R1 contains 4 x 1.5GHz cores & 4 x 1.0Ghz cores to deliver stunning power. The R1 comes equipped with an ARM Mail-T860 MP2 2-core 520MHz GPU unit that uses 28nm process technology.
The R1 has a dual-camera setup that uses one front-facing lens & one rear-facing lens. The front-facing camera on the R1 HD uses a 5MP lens, the primary camera on the R1 uses a 13MP lens with a maximum image resolution of 4160 x 3120 pixels. The primary camera on the R1 comes with the following features: HDR, ISO settings, panorama, geotagging, digital zoom, continuous shooting, autofocus, touch focus, & more.
For connectivity on the R1 HD you get the following options: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, & A-GPS. The R1 runs Android 7.0 Nougat as the standard operating system and some with 4G LTE 800/1800/1900/2100/2600MHz capabilities.

It has a 13 mpx rear camera that shoots videos at 30 fps and a 5 mpx front camera. The device runs on a 2800 mAh battery, which can last only up to day of moderate use.
