The Vivo X comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X 1600MHz RAM in addition to 64G of internal ROM storage. Memory on the device can be expanded up to 64GB by way of a microSDHC, microSDXC, or microSD card. The Vivo X comes with the following sensors: accelerometer, magnetometer, fingerprint scanner, gyroscope, proximity, & ambient light sensor.

Powering the Vivo X is a MediaTek Helio P25 MT6757CD SoC that is backed by an octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU unit. The CPU inside of the Vivo X contains 4 x 2.6GHz cores & 4 x 1.6GHz running on a 64-bit architecture. The Vivo X comes with a ARM Mail-T880 4-core 900Mhz GPU unit that uses 16nm process technology for stunning graphic performance.

The Vivo X has a quad-camera system that uses two front-facing lenses & two rear-facing lenses. The front-facing camera on the Vivo X uses a 20MP + 8MP lens combo that comes with a Sony IMX376 Exmore RS CMOS sensor & a 130-degree wide angle lens. The primary camera on the Vivo X uses a 13MP + 5MP lens combination that is capable of taking photos in a max resolution of 4160 x 3120 pixels.

The primary camera on the Vivo X comes with the following features: touch focus, face detection, HDR, ISO settings, self-timer, geotagging, digital zoom, exposure compensation, phase detection, CMOS sensor, white balance settings, & more.
