The XL3 comes with 3GB of LPDDR3 640MHz RAM in addition to 32GB of internal ROM storage. Memory on the device can be expanded up to 64GB by way of a microSDHC, microSDXC, or microSD card. The XL3 comes with the following sensors: proximity sensor, light sensor, fingerprint, & accelerometer.
Powering the XL3 is a MediaTek MT6737 SoC backed by a quad-core 1.3GHz ARM Cortex-A53 CPU unit running on 64-bit architecture. The GPU unit inside of the XL3 is an ARM Mail-T720 1-core MP2 600MHz model running on 28nm process technology. The XL3 has a dual-camera system that uses one front lens & one rear-facing lens, the front-facing camera on the XL3 uses a 13MP lens.
The primary camera on the XL3 uses a 13MP lens that is capable of capturing photos in a max resolution of 4160 x 3120 pixels. The primary camera comes with the following features: HDR, ISO settings, optical zoom, manual focus, CMOS sensor, dual-camera, geotagging, face detection, white balance settings, digital image stabilization, optical stabilization, & more.

The screen also support multi-touch functionality & uses capacitive touch technology.
